Connect what you already run

Your accounting system, your ERP, your partner tooling. Four supported ways to get operational data out of NEXEFII — all available without buying another module.

Four supported ways

Files, API, events — or a connector we build with you

Pick the one that matches your team. They are not exclusive, and none of them requires NEXE Finance.

Exports

Available

Period-scoped files for whoever closes your books.

  • CSV, XLSX and JSON
  • Amounts as numbers in minor units
  • Real dates, not text
  • Integrity checksum per export

Public API

Available

A versioned REST API your ERP can read on its own.

  • OAuth 2.0 client credentials
  • Per-resource scopes
  • Per-property grants
  • Incremental reads with updatedSince

Webhooks

Available

Operational facts pushed to your endpoint as they happen.

  • Signed with HMAC-SHA256
  • Replay protection
  • Automatic retry and manual redelivery
  • Delivery log with a visible give-up state

Connector framework

Foundation available

The internal contract a certified connector would be built on.

  • Stable event contract
  • Versioned public schema
  • No certified connector ships today
  • Custom work is contracted, not downloaded
Native integration

NEXE Finance, when you want it

NEXE Finance is the one native integration: operational facts become balanced accounting entries automatically, with lineage back to the reservation, folio, order and payment.

It is optional. Every module operates without it, and third-party financial systems remain fully supported.

Your accounting stack stays yours

Nothing on this platform pushes you to replace the accounting system you already trust. The data leaves in formats an accountant and an ERP both accept.

  • Export by period for manual import
  • Automated reads through the public API
  • Event-driven sync through webhooks
  • A custom connector, contracted with our team

Named accounting and ERP products are integrated through these mechanisms, by your team or ours — not through a certified connector we ship.

Marketplace channels

NEXE Marketplace Connect

The marketplaces your company already sells on can feed the operation that fulfils them, instead of living in a separate tab. Each channel below shows the state it is actually in today.

Marketplace Connect is an add-on and requires NEXE Operations Hub, where marketplace activity becomes operational work.

Marketplace names are used to identify the channel you already sell on. They do not indicate a partnership, certification or endorsement. Channels in validation are not available for contracting.

Custom integration

Custom integrations

When a connection matters enough to your operation, we scope and build it with you under contract. It is engineering work with a timeline, not a switch on a settings page.

What we do not have

Stated plainly, so nobody plans around something that does not exist.

  • No certified connector for QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle Financials
  • No partner marketplace of downloadable connectors, and no one-click install — NEXE Marketplace Connect is a sales-channel module, not a connector store
  • No certified hospitality distribution-channel (OTA / channel manager) integrations
  • No event streaming over WebSocket — delivery is HTTP webhooks
