Our commitment

NEXEFII seeks to make its platform usable by as many people as possible, including users who rely on assistive technologies. We consider accessibility an ongoing responsibility, integrated into product development.

We work to improve aspects such as keyboard navigation, contrast, alternative text, semantic structure and screen-reader compatibility over time.

Reference standard (aspirational goal)

We adopt the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as a target reference that guides our work.

This is an aspirational goal, not a statement of full conformance. We do not claim that the platform fully meets that standard across all screens and flows at this time.

Known limitations

As with any evolving product, there are areas that do not yet fully meet the accessibility goal. Third-party components, complex flows and dynamic content may present barriers that we are working to reduce.

Acknowledging these limitations openly is part of our commitment to honesty. Specific reported barriers will be prioritized based on feasibility.

Conformance in progress, not audited

Accessibility conformance is an ongoing effort. At this time, it has not been the subject of an independent audit or external certification.

We therefore make no claim of certified conformance. Any future formal assessments will only be mentioned once actually performed.

Feedback channel

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have suggestions, please contact us through the support channel: support@nexefii.com.

When reporting, please describe the problem encountered, the affected page or flow and, if possible, the assistive technology used. This helps us reproduce and prioritize the fix.

Continuous improvement

We treat accessibility as an iterative process. Adjustments are incorporated incrementally as we identify issues, receive feedback and evolve the platform's components.
