Partner solution

NEXE BMS is the building management layer of the NEXEFII platform, and it is built for vendors, manufacturers and technology partners rather than for self-service purchase. The architecture is hardware-agnostic: building systems are connected through supported integration paths, so a partner keeps its own hardware strategy while NEXEFII carries the software, operation and governance layer. It reads and interprets what the equipment measures — it does not send commands, setpoints or schedules to equipment. It is available on request, and the scope of each deployment is agreed with our BMS team.

Compatibility: Hardware-agnostic is a statement about the architecture, not a promise of universal compatibility: integration depends on the environment, equipment and protocol actually supported, and each case is assessed with our team before any commitment.
