Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the NEXEFII platform and its products, including NEXE Store, Master Control, and Smartbot. It applies to all individuals and organizations that access or use the service, regardless of role or relationship.

This policy supplements, and does not replace, the other applicable terms published by NEXEFII LLC. In case of conflict, the contractual terms formally agreed after legal review prevail.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the platform for the activities below. The list is illustrative and not exhaustive; conduct equivalent in spirit is likewise prohibited.

  • Engaging in, facilitating, or promoting illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities against third parties.
  • Infringing intellectual property, trademarks, trade secrets, or the rights of others, including uploading content without authorization.
  • Uploading, distributing, or executing malware, malicious code, ransomware, or any artifact intended to damage systems or data.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data, including privilege escalation.
  • Conducting intrusion testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without prior written authorization, per the responsible disclosure process.
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engaging in any form of communication abuse.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or attempting to bypass security controls, authentication, or the isolation between organizations (multi-tenant).
  • Extracting data through automated means (scraping) beyond what is permitted, or collecting data belonging to other organizations.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the service without express written authorization.
  • Deliberately overloading the platform, degrading its performance, or interfering with availability for other customers.

Account and credential protection

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), where available, to strengthen access protection.

Do not share accounts or credentials. Sessions include idle timeout, with a warning and countdown, as well as an absolute duration limit and the possibility of server-side revocation; even so, safeguarding credentials remains your responsibility.

If you suspect an account compromise, change your password immediately, end active sessions where possible, and report the incident through the channels indicated in this policy.

Consequences of violation

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination of access, in accordance with the applicable terms published by NEXEFII LLC. Measures may be applied proportionately to the severity and the risk involved.

In situations of imminent risk to security, to the integrity of the platform, or to third parties, we may take immediate containment measures, with subsequent notice to the responsible organization where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any legal rights and obligations of NEXEFII LLC or customers provided by law or by a legally reviewed contract.

How to report abuse

To report abuse, misuse, or a suspected violation of this policy, contact the support channel at support@nexefii.com. Where possible, include a description of what happened, the approximate date and time, and information that helps the analysis.

Security vulnerability reports should follow the responsible disclosure process, without exploitation beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
