What Smartbot is

Smartbot is an artificial-intelligence-based assistant made available within the NEXEFII platform. Its purpose is to help answer questions and guide usage, generating natural-language responses from user messages.

Smartbot is a support tool. It does not replace professional, legal, financial or other specialized advice.

What data is processed

When you interact with Smartbot, the messages and queries you send are processed to generate a response. This processing is necessary for the feature to function.

We recommend not entering sensitive personal data or confidential information that is not needed to obtain the help you want. You remain responsible for the content you choose to submit.

Usage limits (rate limiting)

Smartbot usage is rate-limited. These limits protect service stability and may temporarily restrict the volume of interactions within a given period.

Answer quality and human oversight

AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. They should not be the sole basis for meaningful decisions.

We recommend human oversight: review and validate any Smartbot output before acting on it, especially in operational, financial or legal contexts. The final decision is always human.

AI provider and model

The AI provider and model details supporting Smartbot are governed and may involve subprocessors. The official list of subprocessors is indicated in NEXEFII's Subprocessor List.

We do not assert here specific provider identities or model versions that are not formally confirmed; these details are deferred to governance and review.

Model training

The conditions under which customer messages may or may not be used for model training depend on the applicable AI provider's terms and are governed. This point is deferred to the subprocessor list in NEXEFII's Subprocessor List and to review.

In this draft we make no absolute claim that customer data is never used for training; any definitive statement will depend on contractual confirmation and DPO review.

Legal bases and retention

The legal bases applicable to processing of Smartbot messages and the retention periods are governed and deferred to DPO review. Please also consult the platform's Privacy Policy.
