General approach

NEXEFII treats business continuity and disaster recovery as a maturing program whose goal is to reduce the impact of events that could affect service availability.

This document presents the approach at a high level. It is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability nor a promise of recovery within a specific timeframe.

Managed cloud infrastructure

NEXEFII's services run on managed cloud infrastructure, leveraging resilience features offered by specialized providers.

Service reliability depends in part on the availability and controls of those providers, which act as part of the operational supply chain.

Backups and recovery objectives

NEXEFII maintains backup routines intended to support data restoration in failure scenarios.

Recovery objectives — including any time (RTO) and recovery-point (RPO) targets — are the availability targets contracted in the Commercial Agreement, where applicable, still pending confirmation. We do not publish specific numbers until they are validated, so as not to assert unverified commitments.

Third-party dependency

Service continuity depends on subprocessors and infrastructure providers. The authoritative list of those dependencies is NEXEFII's Subprocessor List, pending confirmation.

Outages at critical providers may affect platform availability despite NEXEFII's mitigation efforts.

Communication and status

In events affecting availability, NEXEFII seeks to communicate relevant information to customers. Where available, operational status may be checked at NEXEFII's official communication channels.

The existence and scope of a status page remain pending confirmation in this version of the document.

Limitations and honesty

This document does not assert guaranteed availability, absence of failures, or any uptime metric. A continuity program reduces risk but does not eliminate it.

The capabilities described evolve as the program matures; definitive statements will depend on review and validation.
